High pressure resistant stainless steel pipe characteristics and construction measures

The characteristics of high-pressure resistant stainless steel pipes mainly include: high pressure of conveying medium, stainless steel pipe has corresponding pressure resistance capacity, high temperature of conveying medium, stainless steel pipe has corresponding heat resistance, and the corrosive property of conveying medium is strong, and the medium is The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel pipe is enhanced with the increase of pressure and temperature.

 

It has the corrosion resistance corresponding to the design of corrosion wear and the penetration force is large, and the stainless steel pipe is required to have the corresponding sealing property. The vibration is large, and the pressure of the high-pressure stainless steel pipe medium fluctuates greatly, which causes the vibration of the pipe; at the same time, the mechanical vibration is generated when the equipment is running, and the stainless steel pipe is inevitably vibrated. The pipeline is required to have corresponding anti-vibration and anti-resonance capabilities.

 

In view of the above characteristics of high-pressure stainless steel pipes, corresponding measures must be taken during construction to meet the requirements of their operating conditions. Pipes used in high-pressure stainless steel pipes shall be made of special high-pressure seamless steel pipes or stainless acid-resistant steel pipes according to special requirements such as high strength, high pressure, high heat resistance, high strength and corrosion resistance. At present, high-pressure pipe and pipe fittings use two standard series, namely the HG standard of the chemical industry and the standard of the machinery industry: see the table for the selection of two standard high-pressure stainless steel pipes and fittings.

 

The structure of high-pressure stainless steel pipe fittings (three-way, elbow, etc.) adopts a reinforcing structure capable of withstanding high temperature and high pressure. Specially forged, welded and bent reinforcing pipe fittings should be selected; the connection sealing structure of high-pressure stainless steel pipe is suitable for high The requirements for strength and high sealing are mainly enhanced welding with high pressure resistance and high pressure flange lens type, convex and concave type and trapezoidal type. Brackets and hangers for high-pressure stainless steel pipes, in order to prevent the pipe from being scratched due to pipe vibration and thermal displacement, a flexible structure shall be adopted, that is, a wooden mat, a soft gold wing pad or an asbestos rubber sheet shall be placed between the pipe and the bracket or the hanger. The tube is not in direct contact with the metal surface of the bracket and the hanger, so that it can both reduce vibration and prevent scratches.
